A leading audiovisual production company in Spain is seeking an experienced Audiovisual Project Coordinator to manage the technical production for high-end special events. This role includes site visits, coordinating with technical staff, and overseeing production teams. Candidates should have at least 10 years in AV production and be fluent in English and Spanish. This is a full-time position based in Sevilla.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in AV production.
• Strong background in production & management.
• Ability to oversee production staff on-site.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the production of technical elements for various high-end special events.
• Perform site visits with clients and event teams.

Audiovisual Production Manager Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Audiovisual Project Coordinator to manage the production of technical elements for high-end special events.Design and prepare events, including creating equipment and crewing lists.Perform site visits with clients and event teams to ensure client needs are met.Work closely with sales teams to understand client requirements.Coordinate with freelance technical staff on job expectations and ensure a smooth onsite working environment.Oversee production staff on event locations to meet client production needs.Manage inventory and rentals from vendors when necessary.Maintain a working knowledge of audio, video, lighting, and staging equipment.Key Responsibilities :

As an Audiovisual Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the production of all technical elements for various high-end special events, including video, lighting, sound, and rigging production.Requirements :
