Multilingual Receptionist Position in Granada, Spain - 400 Euros

General Information:

Duration: 3 months

Commitment: Full-time/Part-time (specify if known)

Description:

Responsibilities include:

  1. Making and managing reservations.
  2. Greeting guests at check-in and check-out.
  3. Allocating rooms efficiently.
  4. Managing complaints and resolving problems.
  5. Accounting and payments control.
  6. Using several languages by phone, email, or in person.
  7. Multitasking as a receptionist and assisting in other areas of the hotel.
  8. Answering telephone calls.
  9. Booking control and availability supervision.
  10. Controlling prices and promotions.
  11. Providing customer assistance.
  12. Managing online reputation through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter, TripAdvisor, Trivago, etc.).
