Blue Square Spain is seeking driven Sales Executives to join our Marina Alta and Safor areas. You will list properties, prospect, and network to develop the market, while building strong relationships with vendors and clients.

You will verify property documents, secure mediation agreements with owners, and provide regular updates and reports on market status. We offer a comprehensive training package and excellent remuneration to thrive in a dynamic real estate environment.

Formación

• Motivated, professional, and client-focused individuals with strong sales drive.
• Multilingual skills are highly valued, especially Spanish, French, Dutch, or German.

Responsabilidades

• Listing properties in your assigned area, prospecting and networking.
• Verifying all necessary property documentation, and securing mediation agreements with owners while adhering to company commission policies.
• Client relationships by providing regular updates and reports to vendors on market status our listed properties.
