Blue Square Spain is expanding and seeking driven Sales Executives to join teams in Jávea, Moraira and Altea. You will list properties, prospect and network in your area, verify documents, and secure mediation agreements with owners in line with commission policies.

Building strong client relationships through regular updates to vendors is essential. Ideal candidates are motivated, professional, and client-focused with a strong sales drive.

Formación

• Motivated, professional, and client-focused individuals with strong sales drive.
• Multilingual skills are highly valued, especially Spanish, French, Dutch, or German.

Responsabilidades

• Listing properties in your assigned area, prospecting and networking.
• Verifying all necessary property documentation, and securing mediation agreements with owners while adhering to company commission policies.
• Maintaining client relationships by providing regular updates and reports to vendors on market status of listed properties.
