Role Overview : We are seeking talented, multilingual individuals fluent in English to join our Customer Happiness Calling team. In this role, you will represent Eli Z Group, providing top-notch assistance to our global user base and ensuring they feel understood and valued.

  • Experience : Proven experience in customer service.
  • Skills : Exceptional multitasking abilities, organisational skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Soft Skills : A genuine desire to offer human-centred support, ensuring our customers feel heard and appreciated. Excellent soft skills are essential.

Responsibilities :

  • Customer Outreach : Initiate calls to customers to offer assistance, resolve issues, and provide product or service information.
  • Understand and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and empathetically.
  • Collaborate with a multicultural, dynamic, and enthusiastic remote team.

Requirements :

  • Language Proficiency : Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication abilities, a customer-centric approach, flexibility in working hours, and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
