FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is seeking multilingual professionals for Customer Support Specialist and Content Moderator roles, on-site with multiple start dates. You must be fluent in one of the listed languages with reliable English; a valid EU passport or Portugal work permit is mandatory, and relocation to Lisbon is required.

Relocation support including flight reimbursement and accommodation options is provided.

Multilingual Jobs in Lisbon | Customer Support & Content Moderation

Our international clients in Lisbon are looking for multilingual candidates to join their customer service and content moderation teams. These are full-time, on-site positions with multiple start dates available throughout the upcoming months.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)

Roles: Customer Support Specialist / Content Moderator

Salary: €900 – €1,500 gross/month (depending on the project and language market)

Target Languages:

• German / Dutch / French
• Italian / Spanish / Turkish
• Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish)
• Other European languages

Relocation Support (Project-Dependent):

• Flight reimbursement to Lisbon
• Company-provided or subsidized accommodation options
• Assistance with local documentation, tax registration, and onboarding

Requirements:

• Fluency in one of the required languages + a reliable working level of English
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal (mandatory)
• Availability to relocate and work on-site in Lisbon
