FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Specialist / Content Moderator to join our multilingual team on-site. You will assist international clients with queries and moderate content across languages.

Key requirements include fluency in one of the listed languages along with a reliable English level, and the ability to relocate and start quickly in this on-site role in Lisbon. Relocation support is provided by the employer.

Our international clients in Lisbon are looking for multilingual candidates to join their customer service and content moderation teams. These are full‑time, on‑site positions with multiple start dates available throughout the upcoming months.

Roles

Customer Support Specialist / Content Moderator

Salary

€900 – €1,500 gross/month (depending on the project and language market)

Target Languages

• German / Dutch / French
• Italian / Spanish / Turkish
• Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish)
• Other European languages

Relocation Support (Project‑Dependent)

• Flight reimbursement to Lisbon
• Company‑provided or subsidized accommodation options
• Assistance with local documentation, tax registration, and onboarding

Requirements

• Fluency in one of the required languages + a reliable working level of English
