FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon is recruiting for multilingual Customer Support Specialist / Content Moderator to join on-site teams.

You will support clients in German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, Turkish and Nordic languages, with English proficiency, and relocation assistance provided.

Relocation package includes flight reimbursement, housing options, and help with local paperwork and onboarding.

Formación

• Fluency in one of the required languages plus a working level of English.
• EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal (mandatory).
• Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Lisbon.
• Availability to start relatively quickly.

Our international clients in Lisbon are looking for multilingual candidates to join their customer service and content moderation teams. These are full‑time, on‑site positions with multiple start dates available throughout the upcoming months.

Roles

Customer Support Specialist / Content Moderator

Salary

€900 – €1,500 gross/month (depending on the project and language market)

Target Languages

• German / Dutch / French

• Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish)
• Other European languages

Relocation Support (Project‑Dependent)

• Flight reimbursement to Lisbon
• Company‑provided or subsidized accommodation options

Requirements

• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal (mandatory)
