FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon is seeking a multilingual Customer Support Specialist / Content Moderator to join our on-site team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support and moderating content across languages.

Fluency in one of the required languages along with reliable English is essential. We offer relocation support, including flight reimbursement and accommodation options, and assistance with local documentation and onboarding.

Our international clients in Lisbon are looking for multilingual candidates to join their customer service and content moderation teams. These are full‑time, on‑site positions with multiple start dates available throughout the upcoming months.

Roles

Customer Support Specialist / Content Moderator

Salary

€900 – €1,500 gross/month (depending on the project and language market)

Target Languages

• German / Dutch / French
• Italian / Spanish / Turkish
• Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish)
• Other European languages

Relocation Support (Project‑Dependent)

• Flight reimbursement to Lisbon
• Company‑provided or subsidized accommodation options
• Assistance with local documentation, tax registration, and onboarding

Requirements

• Fluency in one of the required languages + a reliable working level of English
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal (mandatory)
