SPSP Health is hiring a Customer Service Superstar in Madrid to deliver excellent multi-lingual support in a dynamic e-commerce environment. You will engage customers across phone, email, and chat, resolve issues quickly, and ensure smooth order management and returns.

The role requires Dutch fluency, strong English, and comfort with CRM tools. Multilingual candidates and team collaboration are highly valued for this international position.

Formación

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken & written) with good English skills.
• Additional languages like Spanish, German, Italian, Danish, or Portuguese are a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Organised and proactive with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Tech-savvy with CRM experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist & Engage – Be the friendly voice our customers rely on! Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
• Solve Problems Like a Pro – Resolve issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring a great customer experience.
• Process Orders & Returns – Ensure seamless order management and handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Stay Organised – Keep records updated in our CRM system and follow up on open cases.
• Work as a Team – Collaborate with different departments to improve customer service processes.
