GROUP IPS, based in Barcelona, is seeking an Engineering Coordinator to lead technical integration across disciplines and ensure robust interfaces and design integrity. The role requires significant experience in multidisciplinary industrial projects and hands-on coordination of design reviews and vendor packages.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in engineering, 3+ years in lead roles, and a background in EPCM environments, with exposure to Life Sciences or Food industries, delivering concept

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of professional engineering experience in multidisciplinary industrial projects.
• Ideally 3+ years in coordination or lead role (Engineering Coordinator, Lead Engineer, etc.).
• Experience managing discipline engineers and in EPCM/EPC setups.
• Experience across Concept to Detailed Design and support to Procurement/Construction.
• Experience with multiple engineering disciplines and teams, including management of 10+ people.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate multiple engineering disciplines and manage interfaces and battery limits.
• Lead engineering deliverable lists and scheduling.
• Organize design reviews and interdisciplinary reviews.
• Coordinate layouts and 3D/BIM models; resolve clashes.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, vendor packages integration.
• Interface with Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning.
• Handle technical queries and scope changes and assess multidisciplinary impacts.
