Work Type: Permanent (On-site / Traveling)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in AC and industrial refrigeration maintenance

Compensation: €25,682 Annual Gross

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00/6:00 PM (1 hour lunch)

Schedule: Traveling between client centers in Asturias, Cantabria, and Bizkaia; on-call/guard duty 1 week every 3 weeks

Job Overview

• COMSA Service is seeking a 1st Class Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across senior residential, office, and commercial facilities. This role is itinerant, requiring mobility between multiple provinces, with occasional guard/on-call duties. The technician will work as part of a small team of three.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning systems, boilers, and industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Maintain client facilities including senior residences, offices, and commercial establishments.
• Travel between multiple client sites across Asturias, Cantabria, and Bizkaia.
• Participate in guard/on-call rotations as scheduled (1 week every 3 weeks).
• Work collaboratively with a small maintenance team to ensure high-quality service.
• Comply with safety standards, RITE certification requirements, and proper handling of fluorinated gases.

Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a 1st Class Officer in air conditioning and industrial refrigeration maintenance.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of boilers and refrigeration equipment.
• Valid driving license.
• RITE certification and authorization to handle fluorinated gases.
• Willingness to work itinerantly across multiple sites and provinces.
