JOB MISSION
We provide marketing services to our partners who co-create entrepreneurship programs with us. Think of it as an internal agency (the Programs Marketing team) that helps communicate and promote our programs. As our programs grow, we are seeking a Programs Marketing Lead to coordinate between our Client Relations and Programs Marketing teams. This person will manage a team of 3, requiring strong leadership and interpersonal skills, along with adaptability and a continuous learning mindset.
ROLES & CONTRIBUTIONS
1.
Digital Marketing and Content Strategist (40%)- Co-own with the Client Relations team the needs and wants of our clients.
- Understand the potential of each program and client needs by working cross-departmentally with Sales, Client Relations, and Marketing.
- Optimize our Marketing and Communications Strategy based on past, current, and future programs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their marketing needs.
- Create and coordinate cross-channel content initiatives aligned with our goals and brand, including Social Media, Web, and Advocacy.
- Evaluate campaign success and impact on client satisfaction and brand visibility.
2.
Subarea Lead (30%)- Build and lead the team to ensure success in the Programs Marketing sub-area.
- Conduct 121s and ensure the needs of this subarea are met.
- Coordinate ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Facilitate communication and deadlines among team members.
- Ensure detailed program information is accurately stored for future use.
- Manage workload and quality assurance to deliver excellent, timely projects.
3.
Content Creator (30%)- Understand and deliver content services paid for by clients as part of marketing for programs.
- Propose and develop creative content to enhance client satisfaction and brand awareness.
- Communicate with clarity, understanding the goals behind each program.
**Requirements**:
Hard Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup or agency.
- Strong project management skills (experience with ClickUp preferred).
- Solid understanding of Digital Marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem.
