As a Made to Measure Promoter, you will be responsible for developing Zegna’s made-to-measure business in terms of turnover, image, and growth. Partnering with the most important wholesale players and cultivating enduring relationships with our top clients, you will help to define the sartorial identity of our clientele.

In this role, you will :

• Attend an extensive training programme to master sartorial knowledge and understand Zegna’s customer-focused business approach.
• Travel globally and possibly relocate to new countries.
• Become a Zegna Brand Ambassador, promoting MTM products and services through in-store visits, special events, and trunk shows.
• Manage VIP clients and wholesale partners, guaranteeing the highest customer experience by anticipating client needs and ensuring rapid and effective problem-solving.
• Provide technical and sales training to wholesale accounts and boutique staff.
• Analyse and report on MTM sales, financial performance, and growth opportunities.
• Use your entrepreneurial mindset to identify, propose, and execute MTM business opportunities.
• Project manage, partnering with the Style and Supply Chain teams to implement new MTM activities.
