Robert Walters is hiring a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for a prominent pharmaceutical company. This is a full remote position based in Madrid.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain scientific exchange relationships with KOLs, ensuring strong and effective interactions.
2. Collect insights from KOLs on the current and future landscape of the disease area and share relevant findings with the broader team.
3. Support clinical trials, including HQ studies, from initiation to execution, in collaboration with Medical Advisors, MSL Leads, and Medical Directors.
4. Collect unsolicited study proposals from HCPs/KOLs and facilitate the approval process.
5. Organize and support Congresses & Symposia in cooperation with Marketing and KAM teams; participate in regional and national events.
6. Respond to medical inquiries from external stakeholders per established procedures.
7. Coordinate with Medical Advisors and MSL Leads for Advisory Boards and educational activities.
8. Distribute scientific materials and provide medical support for manuscript publications.
9. Collaborate on medical training for KAMs and other staff.
10. Collect and report adverse events following regulatory procedures.
11. Engage with patient organizations as per local regulations.

Education & Qualifications:

• PhD in Medicine, Life Sciences, or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience as an MSL, preferably in neurology.
• Strong understanding of GCP and medical writing skills.

This position requires residency in Madrid and offers a fully remote work environment.
