Professor Pablo Garrido Barros from the Department of Inorganic Chemistry at the University of Granada invites postdoctoral candidates to apply for the MSCA-PF 2025. Applicants must comply with the Mobility Rule. For more details, please consult the official call information.
Founded in 1531, the University of Granada (UGR) is one of Spain's largest and most prestigious universities, with around 54,000 students and over 6,000 staff members. It offers a wide array of undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs across numerous departments and centers. UGR is recognized for its research excellence, participation in European Union research programs, and high rankings nationally and internationally.
Our team specializes in photochemistry, electrochemistry, coordination chemistry, and homogeneous catalysis. We focus on designing catalytic systems to address energy and sustainability challenges, exploring reaction mechanisms, and developing innovative strategies for energy conversion and chemical synthesis.
The candidate will develop molecular catalysts for solar-to-chemical energy conversion and sustainable synthesis, focusing on redox transformations of organic and inorganic compounds, elucidating reaction mechanisms, and applying mechanistic insights to improve processes.
Interested candidates should send their application documents to Professor Pablo Garrido Barros at pgarridobarros@ugr.es.
