About the Institution:

The University of Granada (UGR), founded in 1531, is one of Spain's largest and most prominent universities, with approximately 54,000 students and over 6,000 staff members. Research Focus:

The Singular Laboratory of Nanoelectronics, Graphene and 2D Materials at CITIC, UGR, provides advanced infrastructure for fabricating and characterizing devices based on 2D materials. The lab includes a cleanroom with lithography tools, deposition systems, etching and characterization equipment. The project aims to explore the integration of 2D semiconductors, especially Transition Metal Dichalcogenides (TMDs), with silicon CMOS technologies, focusing on wafer-scale synthesis, CMOS-compatible processing, and contact strategies, leveraging state-of-the-art infrastructure and multidisciplinary expertise.
