The Role

Are you passionate about leveraging technology to drive business success? Join our team as a Senior Finance System Specialist with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development. In this role, you will optimize our ERP systems, administer and maintain MS Business Central, lead solution design and implementation, and ensure our systems meet business needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external vendors and business units, to refine processes and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include daily system administration, translating business requirements into customizations, and supporting user adoption. What you'll do

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) for optimal performance.
• Design and implement customizations to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with teams and vendors to improve processes.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security roles.
• Coordinate system upgrades and updates.
• Provide user training and support.
• Document configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Stay updated on BC, D365, and ERP best practices.

What You Bring To The Table

• Experience as a Microsoft Business Central (BC) Consultant or Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in AL language and BC extensions.
• Understanding of business processes and workflows.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework (preferred).
• Microsoft Certified Professional in BC and/or D365 (preferred).
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (preferred).
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services (preferred).
