JR Spain busca un/a profesional B1/B2 para actividades de mantenimiento en Airbus Defence and Space. Las responsabilidades incluyen mantenimiento, reparación y certificación de aviones MRTT, supresión y formación de personal. Se requiere educación en estructuras aeronáuticas y experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones similares, así como habilidades en inglés y español. La posición es permanente en Getafe, con un entorno favorable para la innovación.

Formación

• Más de 3 años de experiencia en una posición similar.
• Licencia B1/B2 es obligatoria.
• Conocimientos de cumplimiento de riesgos.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar actividades de mantenimiento y certificar el trabajo como certificador B1/B2.
• Supervisar mecánicos licenciados y no licenciados.
• Brindar capacitación al personal militar.

Job Description:

The role involves performing maintenance activities, certifying the work as a B1/B2 certifier, and providing support to MRTT customers at MOB or in a Working Party scenario worldwide. Main contract locations will be Torrejón and Múñoz. The candidate will work as part of a team, with duties including maintenance, repair, and inspection of MRTT aircraft, certification (CoC and/or EASA/EMAR RtS), supervising licensed and unlicensed mechanics, and conducting training for military personnel. The role is under the coordination of a Focal Point and Team Leader during WP activities. Support on A400M and L&M may be required. The personnel will be part of the MRO Network organization, supporting aircraft maintenance activities in accordance with company and customer procedures.

Required skills:

• Education to High Vocational level in Aeronautic Structures (TMA)
• More than 3 years of experience in a similar position
• License B1/B2 is mandatory
• English: independent user
• Spanish: negotiation level
