You have at least 5 years of experience in developing service, solution architectures that are cloud-native, event-driven and applies an API first approach.You have worked with Open Source and automation in delivering software.You have understanding in Enterprise Architecture and how to keep a technology architecture cohesive across a Product Area in the retail business, as well as how to modernize legacy systems.You possess a strategic and holistic mindset, capable of defining the future state of your domain.You can synthesize and incorporate perspectives such as co-worker experience, operational efficiency, regulatory, security, and privacy considerations into solution design.You influence decisions at various levels, from sub-domain to engineering, providing clarity on tools, patterns, and directions.You drive architecture work in landscapes with multi-generational legacy products, reducing waste through rationalization and standards.You solve complex technical problems in transforming landscapes with diverse business models.You set long-term strategic directions, with deep knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Service Platforms, and cloud development.You work outcome-led, experience in agile practices, and have domain architecture experience in product and engineering organizations.You are a strong communicator, capable of technical and business discussions.Ideally, you have knowledge supporting omnichannel, ecommerce, and retailing.As a person, you are a good collaborator, with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward learning and improvement. You have knowledge across various technology stacks, preferably within retail, and can adapt to new ideas and strategies.

- Lead sub-domain roadmaps, prioritizations, and architecture perspectives, ensuring transparency and impact analysis.
- Address and resolve complex, cross-team problems to enable agility and speed.
- Drive the sub-domain agenda, dependencies, and enterprise architecture practices.
- Lead architecture assessments for acquisitions, ensuring alignment with the overall landscape.
- Stay updated on innovations and explore their application for strategic advantages.
- Experience with platform business models and implementations is essential.
