How You Will Make a Difference

• Create engaging static and video content to advertise app products across multiple platforms (static content: up to 20% of all content)
• Ensure content aligns with the key points of the brief/storyboard
• Ensure content complies with ad specifications for specific platforms
• Add animation and effects following best practices for performance marketing ads
• Edit content after reviews by a creative content specialist to achieve final quality
• Adapt content for different languages
• Discover, test, and implement new editing technologies, AI tools, and industry best practices to increase creative production efficiency
• Develop marketing vision skills to adapt designs and attract potential audiences

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Proven experience of at least 2 years in motion graphics, video editing, or related fields
• Strong experience with digital technology, AI tools, and editing software (e.g., Premiere, After Effects, Adobe Photoshop)
• A solid portfolio is required
• Proficiency in effects, animation principles, and compositing
• Excellent time management skills, ability to work with weekly plans, and meet deadlines
• Consistency in work quality, attention to detail, and openness to feedback
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proactivity and a creative, innovative mindset
• Fluent level of English required
• Knowledge of social media marketing trends is a plus
• Figma knowledge is a plus
• Experience using AI tools for video production is a plus
