Este rol incluye diseñar conceptos para redes sociales, enfocándose en el contenido orgánico y visualmente atractivo. Se requiere habilidad en diseño gráfico, con un énfasis en gráficos en movimiento y experiencia en plataformas digitales. Formación

• Más de 1 año de experiencia diseñando contenido para plataformas digitales.
• Portafolio que demuestra habilidades en diseño gráfico y motion graphics.
• Capacidad de detectar y trasladar tendencias artísticas.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar conceptos enfocados en el impacto orgánico en redes sociales.
• Crear publicaciones desde imágenes estáticas hasta microvideos y gráficos en movimiento.
• Colaborar directamente con especialistas en redes sociales para alinear los objetivos.

At Rocket Digital, we are looking for a Motion Designer JR to join our Creative Studio Team.

The role

As a Motion Designer JR focused on social media, you believe in the value of everyday interaction between brands and customers.

You design and develop concepts that engage a variety of audiences, from followers to potential leads.

Your passion for organic content and visual design is evident and motivates you to develop new and exciting creative assets, while understanding the individual needs and best practices of each social media platform.

While you’re not afraid of testing boundaries, you understand the importance of creating deliverables that follow a creative brief and align with a brand’s identity.

As part of a dynamic team of Social Media experts at Rocket Digital, you will design concepts that align with clients’ objectives and resonate with their followers. You’ll work directly with Social Media Specialists to develop concepts focused on organic impact, creating posts ranging from static images to microvideos, motion graphics, or reels. Your designs should be visually compelling to capture attention and stop scrolling.

Qualifications

• Native in Spanish & fluent in English
• +1 year of experience designing content for digital and social media platforms
• Strong graphic design skills demonstrated through a portfolio, with a focus on motion graphics, typography, composition, and reel editing
• Ability to detect and transfer artistic and design trends into your work
• Nice to have: Knowledge of video editing and adaptation for Paid Social campaigns and organic media (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest)

Plus:

• Mastery of Adobe After Effects
• Knowledge of video retouching: color correction, cropping, recomposition, etc.
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork
• Understanding of brand design and brand guidelines
• Proactive in suggesting improvements and new ideas
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Passion for the creative world and social media ecosystem
• Enjoy working collaboratively
