Formación

• 3+ years design background within Social Media.
• Strong knowledge of After Effects is essential.

Ownership and passion are key at 1000heads, so we’re looking for freelancers with an insatiable drive to create award-winning, innovative campaigns.

Requirements

1. Creative ideation and design thinking, on your own or as a team
2. Deliver storyboards, campaign look & feel visuals and gorgeous fit-for-purpose final assets on time and on brand.
3. A strong knowledge of After Effects (motion graphics) is essential for this role. We like to tell stories that move!
4. Stay up-to-date with social platforms and industry trends
5. Liaising with fellow team members, client service and community teams to deliver projects as a team
6. Demonstrated 3+ years design background within Social Media
7. Creative/social media agency experience highly desirable
8. Ability to work and understand the design nuances with different languages preferred (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French…)
9. Intrapreneurial, with a team-player approach and a can-do attitude. We value positive, proactive team members, eager to help, take on responsibility, and able to work on their own initiative
10. Flexibility and adaptability to understand the styles of a range of brands
11. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
12. Design degree or equivalent preferred but not essential
13. Good to excellent understanding of the English language, both spoken and written
