What You Will Be Doing

• Develop motion concepts for various clients across digital channels and formats, including paid social, display, programmatic, and video.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to create solutions that solve design challenges and enhance advertising performance.
• Translate brand guidelines into compelling motion assets.
• Advocate for motion design to elevate creative concepts and executions.
• Produce work that maintains high graphic standards and consistency.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven design and storytelling skills with experience in digital platforms and campaigns.
• Excellent motion design skills; proficiency with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Suite, and Figma (knowledge of 3D design and motion graphics is a plus).
• Understanding of how to use performance data to inform creative decisions.
• Ability to translate rough concepts into polished motion assets.
• Awareness of current digital marketing trends, platforms, and formats.
• Willingness to think creatively and push boundaries across all projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
