What You'll Do
- Own data-driven insights for global user acquisition, retention, pricing, and promotions across paid channels: Google, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, affiliates, and more.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to build data pipelines, attribution models, and reporting dashboards for marketing teams.
- Translate performance data into clear ROI/ROAS, CAC/LTV recommendations to inform decision-making.
- Analyze the impact of A/B pricing and promotional experiments to support tactical and long-term revenue growth.
- Act as the analytics link between Marketing, Product, and Finance, connecting campaign performance to business impact.
- Bring clarity to complex data by aligning KPIs, identifying patterns, challenging assumptions, and uncovering opportunities.
What You Bring
- At least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Data Analyst with D2C mobile/web app focus.
- Expertise in performance marketing analytics, paid media, cohort analysis, channel ROI.
- Hands-on skills in SQL, BigQuery, Python or R, G4, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and MMP tools like Singular.
- Proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Ability to measure and explain pricing strategies, discounts, churn, and retention using data.
- Experience leading insights that influence marketing strategies and budgets.
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex data and influence stakeholders.
- A curious, commercially-minded mindset focused on understanding the 'why' and 'what next'.
