Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Monitoring Specialist.

As a key member of our monitoring team, you will be responsible for observing platform and merchant performance, detecting issues proactively, and collaborating with engineering teams to mitigate risks. You will also communicate effectively with merchants during incidents, providing accurate and up-to-date information to keep them informed. In addition, you will work closely with operations, product, engineering, and reliability teams to integrate, grow, and continuously improve our monitoring strategy, increasing our reliability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor platform and merchant performance to detect issues proactively
• Communicate effectively with merchants during incidents
• Collaborate with engineering teams to mitigate risks

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Datadog, or Splunk
• Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, and GitLab CI / CD
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Python, Ruby, or Go
• Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years using the above tools
• Languages: Upper-Intermediate level of English
