About the Team
Our Human Capital Management (HCM) Solution Consultants possess deep product and industry knowledge to provide functional expertise during the sales process. They work closely with Account Executives to understand client needs, deliver impactful presentations, and demonstrate how Workday's enterprise applications can add value. They act as trusted advisors, guiding prospects and customers on product capabilities and benefits.
About the Role
We seek an experienced Presales Solution Consultant with expertise in enterprise software, particularly HCM, to join our Iberia Team. Candidates should have knowledge of the HCM software market in Spain & Portugal and experience presenting and demonstrating HCM applications to a C-level audience. This role involves helping organizations improve their operations and employee experience through our modern Cloud solutions.
