Thunes in Barcelona seeks a Product Manager for Global Accounts and Payment Rails to define the strategy, roadmap, and execution for multi-currency collections and local rail integrations. You will own end-to-end development from ideation to go-to-market, collaborating with Network, Treasury, Compliance, and Engineering to deliver scalable, compliant solutions for banks, wallets, fintechs, and merchants.

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in FinTech/Financial Services, focused on payments.
• Hands-on experience with bank payment rails and national schemes (e.g., SEPA, FPS, ACH, Direct Debit, Real-Time Payments).
• Experience building Virtual Account (VA) or digital IBAN capabilities for corporate or institutional clients.
• Strong technical communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solid understanding of global cash management, reconciliation, settlement, and safeguarding in a B2X cross-border context.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for Global Accounts and rails.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Treasury, Compliance, and Legal to ensure readiness and governance.
• Drive integration with new payment schemes and participation models.
• Develop product documentation with requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Support business development with product collateral and technical expertise for customer engagements.
