Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Site Performance Leader for its modular data center integration site in Europe. You will drive end-to-end performance from readiness to shipment, collaborating with Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Production to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People goals.

You will lead KPI governance, optimize capacity, and implement lean improvements, with strong emphasis on data-driven decisions and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Operations or related discipline.
• At least five years of experience in manufacturing, industrial integration, project operations or site performance management.
• Experience in engineer-to-order or project-based operations; exposure to modular data centers or complex assemblies is preferred.
• Strong understanding of production planning, capacity management, quality, testing, logistics and project execution.
• Lead cross-functional performance routines, structured problem solving and recovery plans in a complex environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and root-cause analysis methods.
• Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site performance management system across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People.
• Coordinate the integrated site plan for modular data center projects from readiness through testing and shipment.
• Own daily, weekly and monthly performance reviews with clear priorities and accountable owners.
• Monitor occupation, workload, capacity, lead time, testing progress and shipping readiness.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks, coordinate recovery plans and drive cross-functional decisions.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports for progress, constraints, costs and forecast completion.
