Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Modular Data Center Customer Opportunity Manager to coordinate the opportunity pipeline from initial customer engagement through tendering, collaborating with the Data Centre Sales Segment, regional sales teams, Tendering, Design & Engineering, Product Application Engineering and external modular partners.

This hands‑on commercial coordination and program‑management role maintains pipeline transparency in Salesforce and other Eaton tools, actively qualify opportunities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sales Operations or a related field.
• Strong track record of coordinating technically complex, multi‑stakeholder opportunities or projects (bid/tender management, commercial project management or program management).
• A combination of technical and commercial experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, prioritize and track modular data center opportunities with Data Centre Sales Segment and regional Sales teams.
• Act as central coordination point across Sales, Tendering, Design & Engineering, Product Application Engineering and relevant Business Units.
• Maintain accurate, transparent opportunity pipeline in Salesforce and other Eaton tools, challenge data quality and next steps where needed.
• Prepare and maintain pipeline reports, dashboards and status updates, highlighting developments, risks and required actions.
• Coordinate engagement with external modular partners to support opportunity development and alignment in the pursuit process.
• Facilitate tender activities across Sales, Tendering, Engineering and partners, ensuring clear responsibilities and inputs.
• Track milestones, deadlines and dependencies across opportunities, driving follow-up and issue resolution.
• Continuously improve opportunity-management processes, handovers and reporting for transparency and execution.
