You will bridge business and technology needs, driving adoption, efficiency, and continuous improvement by leveraging governance, security, and metadata strategies in a global Avanade context.

Formación

• Hands-on experience configuring and managing modern workplace environments in Microsoft 365.
• Proven ability to design and govern knowledge management frameworks and taxonomies.
• Experience aligning security, governance, retention, and compliance with enterprise needs.
• Strong collaboration with security, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with ITSM knowledge management, runbooks, SOPs, and service transition processes.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and manage Modern Workplace solutions including Intune, autopilot, and endpoint security.
• Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 collaboration services: Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online.
• Design and govern knowledge repositories: taxonomies, content structures, approval workflows, and ownership models.
• Integrate knowledge repositories with ITSM, runbooks, SOPs, and training materials.
• Ensure security, governance, and information protection across regulated environments.
• Support user adoption, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for a Modern Workplace, Collaboration & Knowledge Management Specialist to help organizations build secure, governed, and user-centric digital workplace environments across Microsoft 365.

This role combines expertise in endpoint management, collaboration platforms, and knowledge management to enable operational excellence, user adoption, and effective knowledge sharing. You will play a key role in designing and optimizing modern workplace solutions that enhance productivity, strengthen governance, and support long‑term business success.

You will bridge business and technology needs by delivering secure, scalable, and well-governed workplace solutions, leveraging Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and knowledge management best practices to drive adoption, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Modern Workplace solutions, including Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, endpoint security, compliance, and device lifecycle management.
• Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online.
• Design and govern Knowledge Management frameworks, including repositories, taxonomies, metadata, content lifecycle, retention, and publishing models.
• Integrate knowledge repositories with operational processes such as ITSM, runbooks, SOPs, training materials, and service transition activities.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and information protection requirements in regulated enterprise environments.
• Support user adoption, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize business value and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11, Autopilot, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Defender for Endpoint, and compliance management.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 Collaboration, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, permissions, search, metadata, and document management.
• Experience designing and governing enterprise knowledge repositories, taxonomies, content structures, approval workflows, version control, and ownership models.
• Familiarity with ITSM Knowledge Management, operational documentation, runbooks, SOPs, service transition, and support‑oriented knowledge processes.
• Understanding of security, information protection, auditing, data classification, retention, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, security specialists, operations teams, service managers, and business stakeholders.
