Avanade is seeking a Managed Services Solution Architect – Application Maintenance & Application Development to help clients design, evolve, and optimize their AMS capabilities across Microsoft technologies.

In this role you will lead end-to-end service design for AM and AD, establish governance frameworks with KPIs and SLAs, and drive transition, modernization, and continuous service improvement through Agile and DevOps practices.

Formación

• Proven experience designing and delivering Application Managed Services solutions.
• Experience managing application support, maintenance, enhancements and development activities.
• Knowledge of application lifecycle management, service governance, Agile, DevOps and ITIL.

As part of the continued growth of our Application Managed Services business, we are looking for a Managed Services Solution Architect – Application Maintenance & Application Development to help clients design, evolve, and optimize their application services. This role focuses on the full lifecycle of Application Managed Services, including Application Maintenance (AM), Application Development (AD), application support, application enhancements, modernization initiatives, and continuous service improvement.

As a Managed Services Solution Architect, you will play a key role in helping our clients build, transform, and mature their Application Managed Services capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define service frameworks covering Application Maintenance (AM) and Application Development (AD).
