Avanade is seeking a Managed Services Solution Architect in Madrid to help clients design, evolve, and optimize Application Managed Services across AM and AD. This role covers the full lifecycle of AMS, including maintenance, development, support, modernization initiatives, and continuous service improvement.

As a key architect, you will design end-to-end application support models, governance structures, and transition plans, applying Agile, DevOps and ITIL best practices within Microsoft

• Proven experience designing and delivering AMS solutions.

As part of the continued growth of our Application Managed Services business, we are looking for a Managed Services Solution Architect – Application Maintenance & Application Development to help clients design, evolve, and optimize their application services. This role focuses on the full lifecycle of Application Managed Services, including Application Maintenance (AM), Application Development (AD), application support, application enhancements, modernization initiatives, and continuous service improvement.

As a Managed Services Solution Architect, you will play a key role in helping our clients build, transform, and mature their Application Managed Services capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and evolve Application Managed Services operating models.
• Define service frameworks covering Application Maintenance (AM) and Application Development (AD).
• Design end-to-end application support, maintenance, enhancement, and development services.
• Define governance frameworks, including KPIs, SLAs and reporting structures.
• Support service transition and transformation initiatives.
• Promote Agile, DevOps and modern engineering practices.
