A leading research institution in Spain is looking for a full-time Researcher in Electrical Engineering to focus on modern power systems modeling and stability. The position involves developing simulation models, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with academic and industrial partners. Required qualifications include a Master's degree and skills in power system modeling and data analysis.

Formación

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Experience with modeling of power system components is valued.
  • Experience in both university and industry research activities will be advantageous.

Offer Description

Do research and predoctoral training in the topic of modern power systems modelling and stability

Conduct research on industrial challenges in power systems, including modeling, control, and stability

Develop and validate simulation models using tools such as ATP, PSCAD, EMTP-RV, or MATLAB / Simulink

Analyse data and system performance under various dynamic conditions

Collaborate closely with industrial partners and academic supervisors to align research with project goals

Document research outcomes through technical reports, presentations, and scientific publications
