Your Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager in Madrid to drive our growth and help take our solutions to the next level.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Business Growth: Expand and grow a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients, starting in Spain with potential for global expansion.
  2. Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers through direct engagement, networking, and industry events.
  3. Translate client feedback into action, helping to shape product development and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  4. Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities, creating more value for both clients and the company.
  5. Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets, driving real business impact.
  1. Sales & Product Leadership: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring long-term client success.
  2. Sell our SaaS Geospatial AI solutions with a hands-on approach—beyond just presentations, you'll demonstrate real-world impact.
  3. Identify growth opportunities and actively contribute to the evolution of our product, ensuring continuous value delivery based on real client needs.
  1. Strategic Insights & Reporting: Provide market intelligence and regular reports on sales performance.
  2. Keep CRM records updated and organized—experience with HubSpot is a plus!
  3. Share strategic insights with leadership to refine and optimize our business development approach.

Your Profile

Experience & Skills:

  1. 5+ years of experience in business development within a Tech startup, Adtech, GIS, or Location Intelligence environment.
  2. Strong experience in selling SaaS and subscription-based solutions.
  3. Background in location intelligence, data analytics, marketing intelligence, or advertising is a plus.
  4. Startup mindset—adaptability, proactiveness, and a hands-on approach are highly valued!
