Job summary

Ferrovial Innovation seeks a mid-level engineer to advance mobility and ITS/tolling initiatives. You will prototype AI-enabled solutions, analyze data end-to-end, and translate BU needs into technical requirements. The role blends technical delivery with stakeholder engagement.

Requires 2+ years in transport technologies, strong Python/C/C++, and experience with AI tools and geospatial data. Travel nationally and internationally is possible; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
2+ years working with transport technologies or infrastructure (ITS, tolling, traffic systems).
Advanced programming experience (Python, C/C++).
Fluency with AI tools and APIs to build structured workflows.

Responsibilities

Partner with BU teams to identify innovation opportunities and co-develop initiatives.
Run hands-on data analysis, prototype end-to-end solutions, and build business cases.
Provide ITS/tolling design input and cost estimates for bids and concessions.
Monitor developments in data-driven mobility and synthesize insights for stakeholders.
