Ferrovial Construction is seeking a mid-level professional for the CoE for Mobility & Digital Infrastructure (CoE4M) in Madrid. The role blends hands-on data analysis, AI-enabled development, and cross-functional collaboration to advance ITS/tolling and mobility solutions.

You will engage with BU teams, translate needs into requirements, and develop prototypes from concept to proof-of-value, with opportunities for short-term international secondments.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Computer/Data Science, or equivalent quantitative/technical discipline or experience.
• 2+ years working directly with transport technologies and infrastructure (ITS, tolling, traffic management, or CV platforms).
• Advanced programming experience, preferably Python, C/C++.
• Fluent in MS Office 365; strong communication with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel periodically (domestic/international).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with BU teams to identify innovation opportunities and support adoption.
• Represent CoE4M in workshops and briefings, translating needs into requirements.
• Coordinate with Ferrovial Innovation to align initiatives across business lines.
• Brief stakeholders on status/outcomes; represent Ferrovial at events.
• Run data analysis, technology assessments, and end-to-end prototypes.
• Use AI tools as core practice for dev/integration and data pipelines.
