Ferrovial is seeking a proactive professional to join the Information Systems & Innovation Division within the Digital Transformation and CIIO Office in Madrid. You will consolidate IT budget information, monitor closings, and develop Power BI dashboards to support governance across initiatives.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, Economics or related fields, English at C1, and strong MS 365 skills; prior multinational internship experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• English at C1 level or above with strong written skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and 365 tools.
• Experience with data visualization (Power BI) and project tools (Jira) is preferred.
• Knowledge of process optimization or AI tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Consolidate and monitor IT & Innovation budget information with stakeholders.
• Review monthly closings and propose corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs for the budget model and end-to-end process from initiative to invoicing.
• Assist in governance alignment with procurement and initiative portfolio.
• Prepare internal/external reports and executive presentations.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for key IT metrics.
