Ubisoft Barcelona Mobile is seeking a Game Designer to help define game specifications from concept to launch and continually refine games to maximize user retention and monetization. The ideal candidate has experience in the social gaming space and F2P models on mobile.

You will own features end to end, collaborate with producers, developers, and artists, and work to ensure a fun, engaging player experience across multiple languages and markets.

Competenze

• At least 3 years as a game designer.
• Experience designing free-to-play RPGs with live gameplay balancing for mobile.
• Understanding engagement and monetization KPIs.
• Ability to analyze gameplay mechanics and feature designs for mobile games.

Mansioni

• Design and create new features, systems, and content, collaborating with producers, developers, and artists.
• Own tuning and balancing of gameplay systems and content; write design briefs and product specs.
• Take ownership of features end to end from concept to release and iteration based on data.
• Play testing: analyze data and player feedback to optimize the game experience.
• Coordinate with translators to ensure quality translations in multiple languages and integrate translations into the game.
