About the Role

We’re looking for a seasoned Mobile Architect to lead the design, development, and evolution of our mobile applications across both iOS and Android platforms. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes native mobile development, is passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences, and is excited to make key architectural decisions that impact the future of our mobile ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

- Architect and design scalable, performant, and maintainable native mobile applications for iOS and Android.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mobile developers across platforms.
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development workflows for mobile teams.
- Evaluate and integrate modern technologies, SDKs, and frameworks to enhance product capabilities.
- Drive decisions around mobile CI/CD, testing strategies, dependency management, and release pipelines.
- Ensure seamless and secure integration with backend APIs and services.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Apple’s and Google’s platform guidelines, tools, and roadmaps.

What We’re Looking For

- 7+ years of professional mobile development experience, with a strong portfolio of shipped apps.
- Expertise in Swift for iOS and Kotlin/Java for Android.
- Deep knowledge of native platform APIs, frameworks, and lifecycle management.
- Proven experience designing mobile architectures (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.).
- Solid grasp of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and real-time communication.
- Experience with mobile performance optimization and memory management.
- Familiarity with mobile security best practices.
- Strong background in automated testing, including unit, UI, and integration testing.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
