We are looking for a MLR Process Manager.

You will support the development and successful delivery of scientific publications and medical information plans.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Continuous assessment and optimization of end-to-end processes, platforms, and tools.
2. Understanding local regulatory requirements for project execution.
3. Collaborating with stakeholders across regions on process improvements.
4. Supporting the implementation of global MLR initiatives with local adaptations.
5. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance review efficiency.
6. Coordinating stakeholder meetings and communications.
7. Developing demand forecasts and resource planning.
8. Tracking agency performance and maintaining content compliance.
9. Supporting platform changes and team transitions.
10. Providing platform training and user support.
11. Creating performance reports to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, etc.).
• Master’s degree in a scientific field plus education in Operations Management, Process Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or Information Management is highly valued.
• Experience with Veeva Vault.
• Fluent in English (written, reading, speaking).
• Spanish, German, or other languages are a plus.
• At least three years’ experience in Medical Information, Medical Publication Management, or Medical Affairs.
