We are seeking a MLR Process Manager.

The role involves supporting the development and delivery of scientific publications and medical information plans.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Continuous assessment and optimization of end-to-end processes, platforms, and tools (e.g., planning, project tracking, workflows, roles, and responsibilities).
2. Understanding local regulatory requirements for project execution.
3. Collaborating with stakeholders across regions on process improvements and global initiatives.
4. Identifying and implementing process optimization opportunities.
5. Coordinating stakeholder meetings, demand forecasts, and resource allocation.
6. Tracking agency performance and maintaining content compliance.
7. Supporting platform changes and training teams on Vault-related issues.
8. Creating performance reports to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, etc.).
• Master’s degree in a scientific field with education in Operations Management, Process Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or Information Management is highly valued.
• Experience with Veeva Vault.
• Fluent in English (written, reading, speaking). Knowledge of Spanish, German, or other languages is a plus.
• At least three years of experience in Medical Information, Medical Publication Management, or Medical Affairs.
