As a seasoned professional in executive search and recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to fill middle, senior, and top management positions within our client base. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional networking skills, who can leverage their expertise to build strong relationships and deliver results-driven solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Delineate comprehensive search strategies to pinpoint ideal candidates, capitalizing on industry connections and market insights.
• Conduct targeted searches and sourcing efforts utilizing cutting-edge tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, to foster a deep pool of qualified prospects.
• Present carefully curated candidate shortlists to stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration and optimal fit.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of key sectors, roles, and mandates to ensure relevance and precision in search endeavors.
• Cultivate effective partnerships with internal teams to align project objectives, drive collaboration, and facilitate successful outcomes.
• Expertly prepare and format documentation according to established company style guidelines, guaranteeing consistency and professionalism throughout.

Requirements :

• Proven track record in executive search, recruitment, or talent acquisition, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry and its nuances.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, coupled with exceptional digital literacy and adaptability.
• Outstanding client service orientation, paired with meticulous organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
• Able to work independently with autonomy, integrity, and a strong work ethic, while maintaining an open mind and embracing diverse perspectives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for seamless collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with the capacity to navigate complex conversations and negotiations.
