We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join our team and support a key client—a multinational leader in the credit insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of complex IT and business transformation projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables; provide regular status updates.
• Follow PMO governance and best practices.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Allocate and manage project resources collaboratively with stakeholders and third parties.
• Engage and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders throughout the project.
• Motivate and manage diverse project teams in a collaborative environment.
• Ensure robust quality assurance practices are implemented.
• Manage changes in scope, requirements, and timelines in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Skills - Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in IT or business transformation.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies and tools like Azure Boards, MS Project, or ServiceNow SPM.
• Fluent in English (C1 level).
• Experience managing projects with third-party vendors (offshore).

Desirable:

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Intermediate skills in Spanish, German, or Italian.
• Experience with cloud technologies, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
