Overview

Adler & Marlow is a luxury travel company that curates deeply immersive, bespoke experiences across Spain, Portugal, and Morocco. With a mission to foster meaningful human connection through travel, we are seeking a strategic, creative, and execution-focused Mid-Level Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in building a high-converting DTC marketing engine, while supporting agent engagement and brand storytelling as we scale.

Your Role

Working under the direction of our senior marketing strategist, you’ll lead the implementation of our 2025–2026 strategic marketing plan — bringing to life content campaigns, digital channels, brand assets, and engagement initiatives for both multigenerational families (DTC) and luxury travel agents (B2B). This is a hands-on role for a digitally savvy marketer who thrives on both strategy execution and creative collaboration.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Performance Marketing

  • Implement and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, Meta / Google ads, social) targeting DTC leads.
  • Build and execute marketing automation flows via platforms like Flodesk or similar.
  • Track campaign KPIs, reporting on performance, conversions, and ROI.

Content Development & Brand Storytelling

  • Develop emotionally resonant content that appeals to high-net-worth families and agent partners — including blog posts, social content, sales decks, landing pages, and retreat descriptions.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, refining tone and storytelling formats based on target personas (e.g. “The Matriarch”, “The Connector Mum”)

Digital Infrastructure & SEO

  • Collaborate on the upcoming website redesign, contributing copy, UX insights, and lead-gen elements (quizzes, downloadable guides).
  • Support SEO optimisation and AI-discoverable content development, helping future-proof the brand for AI search agents.
  • Segment and manage marketing lists via Copper CRM.
  • Build nurture journeys and re-engagement sequences aligned with lifecycle stages (lead → booking → post-trip loyalty).

Agent Marketing Support

  • Create and maintain agent-facing toolkits, newsletters, and co-branded materials.
  • Assist in the rollout of agent loyalty programs, onboarding materials, and sales enablement content.
  • Assist in setting up marketing dashboards and using data to iterate.
  • Run quarterly digital audits with support from the marketing strategist to track AI visibility, web health, and content gaps.

About You

You are a digitally fluent, native English speaking marketer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in content-driven, high-conversion marketing - ideally for luxury, lifestyle, or boutique travel brands . You don’t just post; you build campaigns with purpose, measure what matters, and know how to speak directly to a sophisticated, time-poor audience, understanding the importance of the deeply personal, human touch.

You’re an excellent writer and editor, with a feel for language that’s polished, emotive, and conversion-oriented. You know how to tell a story across platforms - whether that’s a sales deck for luxury agents, a nurture email for a high-net-worth family, or a landing page that builds trust in seconds.

You thrive in smaller, high-calibre teams where initiative, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail are essential. You’re not afraid to get in the weeds, but you’re always guided by the big picture - growing brand equity, supporting smart sales, and delivering measurable value.

You might be :

  • A content or digital manager at a high-end DMC, hotel brand, retreat company, or luxury agency
  • A marketing all-rounder who’s led campaigns from creative through to analytics
  • Someone who understands the nuance of marketing to both agents and direct clients - and how to speak to each with care

Must-Have Qualities

  • You have a deep understanding of different client profiles, and how to communicate with them

You can switch tone depending on whether you're addressing a luxury travel agent or the lead traveler in a family group - always staying on-brand and clear.

  • Strong grasp of performance metrics

You’re comfortable interpreting basic campaign data (CTR, CPL, open rates, conversion funnels) and adjusting strategies based on performance.

  • Experience working with or marketing within the luxury sector

You understand the nuances of privacy, tone, and service expectations in the luxury sector.

  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, remote-first environment

You’re proactive in managing your workload, communicating clearly across time zones, and handling ambiguity with grace.

  • Skilled in repurposing and optimizing content

You know how to take a blog post and turn it into an email sequence, Instagram captions, or a downloadable guide - with minimal oversight.

  • Digitally resourceful

You have a hubspot or Google qualification and you’ve worked with marketing stacks like Flodesk, Copper CRM, Meta Ads, or similar - and you’re quick to pick up new tools.

  • Creative intuition paired with operational follow-through

You can dream up great ideas and execute them to a deadline — with polish.

Bonus Points For

  • Understanding of multigenerational family dynamics or affinity with experiential travel.
  • Experience with retreat or group travel marketing.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Visual design skills (e.g., Canva, Figma) or light HTML knowledge.
  • A keen interest in how AI is shaping and impacting the world of marketing, and how we can leverage that in a way that is still on brand with our values.

Why Join Us?

At Adler & Marlow, you’ll help shape the future of luxury travel by crafting journeys that create legacy moments. You’ll work alongside a values-led team that believes in thoughtful storytelling, slow travel, and real human connection. This is your chance to grow within a brand on the rise - with space for creativity, innovation, and meaningful impact.
