Enverus Intelligence Research Inc. is seeking a motivated, mid-level Compliance Associate to join our legal and compliance team, based in Spain or Czechia.

This role supports the broader compliance program while serving as the team's lead associate for GDPR and other EU data protection matters, as well as emerging AI governance requirements including the EU AI Act. Formación

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in data protection or privacy compliance.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; familiarity with GDPR and EU AI Act.
• Based in Madrid, Spain, with fluency in English and ability to work across EU/US time zones.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Discretion and confidentiality are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in certifications, reporting, and documentation under compliance policies.
• Serve as day-to-day GDPR contact, maintain ROPAs, support DPIAs, and monitor data processing compliance.
• Support AI governance program and EU AI Act compliance.
• Assist in responding to DSARs and coordinating with business units for timely responses.
• Maintain records of compliance approvals for reports, marketing, and training materials.
• Support policy updates and training on data protection and responsible AI use.
• Monitor internal compliance systems to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Coordinate with legal, security, and business teams on privacy projects.
• Escalate issues to senior Compliance staff and participate in periodic training.
• Assist in responding to client privacy and AI questionnaires.
