Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using React.js, Typescript, NextJs.
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless and performant user experiences.
3. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
4. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, suggesting improvements and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our products.
5. Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, bugs, and bottlenecks in a timely manner.

Requirements :

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in front-end development with at least 2 years specifically in React.js.
2. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) and common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
3. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, HTML / CSS, and responsive design principles.
4. Proficiency in unit testing using frameworks like Mocha, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams.
7. Knowledge of CI / CD and Clean Architecture best practices.
8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
9. Experience working with Agile methodologies.
10. DevOps knowledge (AWS, Docker, Github Actions, etc.).
11. Fluent in English (minimum B2) and Spanish.
