Formación

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo backend, con al menos 2 en Java.
• Conocimiento en DDD y arquitectura limpia / hexagonal.
• Fuerte capacidad de resolución de problemas y atención al detalle.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones web complejas y microservicios.
• Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales en el diseño de la arquitectura.
• Proporcionar liderazgo técnico y mentoría a desarrolladores junior.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and Maintain : Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications / microservices. Clean code practises.
• Collaborate : Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless and performant user experiences. Collaborate in the design of the cluster architecture.
• Create of new automated tests / alerts.
• Lead and Mentor : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Optimize : Optimize components. Analysis of new functionalities / system improvements.
• Dev ops : Pipeline's maintenance, creation + Deployment configuration maintenance, creation.
• Innovate : Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, suggesting improvements and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our products.
• Debug and Troubleshoot : Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, bugs, and bottlenecks in a timely manner.
• Documentation and technical support to all the environments, business, etc.

Requirements :

• Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in Backend development with at least 2 years specifically in Java.

• Knowledge about DDD and clean / hexagonal arquitecture.
• Communication protocols - REST, SOAP
• Automated testing creation.
• Knowledge about relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL,...)
• Development and architecture patterns.
• Experience working with Agile.
• Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams.
• Best Practice's : CI / CD.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Devops Knowledge (Openshift, AWS, Docker, Github Actions...)
• Monitoring
• Jira, Confluence
• English (minimum B2) and Spanish.

Nice to have :

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in designing and managing CI / CD pipelines.
• Experience with continuous integration tools for workflow automation (Bamboo, Jenkins, Github actions...).
