• Provide support for Microsoft 365 environments, focusing on Exchange Online & SharePoint Online.
• Manage tickets and service requests, troubleshooting and resolving user issues efficiently.
• Assist with administration, configuration, and user management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and best practices.
