Job summary

Global Reporting Initiative in India seeks a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to design, develop and support CRM solutions that empower GRI teams to work with business and customer information.

You will translate business needs into scalable Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure-based solutions, collaborate with stakeholders and IT, deliver reliable CRM services, troubleshoot issues and train users across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in CRM.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement configuration and development.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external applications via RESTful services and APIs.
• Proficiency with Azure services for enterprise integration (Logic Apps, Functions, Key Vault, App Services).
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, REST/Web APIs, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that meet agreed business requirements and support effective business processes.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, process flows, security roles and related solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom CRM functionality and integrations using C#, .NET, REST APIs and Microsoft Azure integration services.
• Develop and improve Power Platform solutions that streamline business processes and improve user productivity.
• Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root causes and implement sustainable solutions that maintain the reliability of CRM services.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and maintain clear technical, solution and support documentation.
• Deliver user and administrator training and knowledge transfer within organization to support effective adoption and ongoing use of CRM solutions.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, explain technical options and translate business needs into workable CRM solutions.
• Collaborate with the IT team in the Netherlands and support global business users, sharing knowledge and providing clear guidance on solutions, changes and support.
• Work with relevant internal and external stakeholders when integrating Dynamics 365 with other business systems.

About the role

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant designs, develops and supports CRM solutions that enable GRI teams to work effectively with business and customer information.

The role translates business needs into scalable Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure-based solutions and contributes to the continuous improvement of GRI's digital capabilities. Working closely with business stakeholders and the IT team in the Netherlands, the role delivers reliable solutions, resolves production issues and supports users across the organization.

Requirements

Work experience

• Experience developing and supporting solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform, with approximately 5 years of overall IT experience, including at least 3 years in CRM.
• Experience configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including Dataverse, security, solution management, plugins, workflows and custom development.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with external applications using RESTful services, APIs and Microsoft integration technologies.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure services for enterprise application integration, including Logic Apps, Functions, Key Vault, App Services or WebJobs.
• Experience with software development using C#, .NET/.NET Framework, ASP.NET, REST/Web APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and JSON.
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL queries, stored procedures, data modelling and performance optimization.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, source control, CI/CD concepts, testing and Agile software development.

Knowledge and abilities

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and its configuration, customization and development capabilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Pages; Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services used for application integration, including Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions and Azure Key Vault.
• Ability to analyze business requirements, identify practical technical solutions and explain technical information clearly to business stakeholders.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes and implement sustainable improvements.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to create technical documentation and deliver user and administrator training.
